FAMILY INVOLVEMENTAs parents of students of White Rock Christian Academy we ask you to:

1. Pray regularly for the school, staff and students.
2. Give a minimum of 10 hours per year per family of volunteer time to the school.
3. Keep in continued contact with the teachers.
4. Attend all parent meetings. Attendance will be taken at each meeting. If you cannot come, please call.
5. Be enthusiastic, speaking well of the school.
6. Keep growing in your understanding of the philosophy of Christian Education.
7. Plant honour and respect for the administration, faculty, and staff in the hearts of your children.

VOLUNTEER HOURS

It is expected that every family in the school will volunteer about 40 hours of time to the school throughout the year. Without volunteer help, the school would have to hire more assistance, thus increasing the cost of tuition. Volunteer time is not regulated, and therefore some families do not participate. If you are not able to contribute your 10 hours of time, we are willing to accept a one-time cash donation in lieu of donated time. Let the school office know that can not provide volunteer time and that a donation will be given.
